Gaia is a striking calico kitten – just look at those eyes! At about 10 months of age, she has already been a loving mother to four kittens. She is a relaxed and very friendly girl who likes to welcome anyone that comes into her foster home.
Her fosterer says that Gaia is playful, affectionate and can be cheeky, occasionally having nutty zoomies, but is always a very good girl. She is not very vocal but will give you a little chirp first thing in the morning to greet you. Quirky habits include a tendency to nap in the middle of the hallway or in front of doors and if you lie down, she may come up and lick you on the nose! Although Gaia is not yet a lap cat, she will want to come and sit with you whilst you are watching TV. She is happy to be picked up for short periods.
Gaia has not tolerated her fosterer’s other cats well, so we think she would be best as the only cat in the household. She does love sitting on the windowsill in the sunshine and is showing signs of wanting to go outside, so access to a garden or secure outside space is essential.
Technical bits: Gaia is spayed, microchipped and will be vaccinated. She will go home with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
