Meet bonded brothers Pepe (black and white) and Marcel (black) who are 4½ months old. They were rescued from a scrapyard where a feral colony was living. Sadly, they are the only two of their litter to survive.
After a tough start, they are blossoming in foster care and are very friendly towards their fosterer and, although initially a little reserved with strangers, after the encouragement of a little playtime, they are fine. Both have quite different personalities. Pepe is the dominant one, very lively and runs on Duracell with hardly any ‘off’ button! But he loves a cuddle and can be held and petted which all helps to calm him down. He is a little rough with his play but his fosterer is teaching him how to play nicely. Marcel loves to play with his brother, but by contrast, he is a very cuddly lap cat. They both know their names and some key words including ‘cuddle’ and ‘foody’ and ‘no!’. Both use the litter tray impeccably.
Pepe and Marcel will require access to a garden/ safe outside space when old enough and fully settled into their new home.
Technical bits: Pepe and Marcel are neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, and will go home with 5 weeks free pet insurance. Little Marcel had hypothermia when rescued and was suffering from cat flu. He still gives an occasional sneeze but has recovered really well.
