Simba (tabby and white) is just under 2 years old and the dad of Ezra (black and white) who is 1 year old. They came into foster care very scared and mistrustful of people as they had limited human contact since birth. Due to their poor start in life they lack confidence around people, but otherwise make a happy, closely bonded, sweet pair of cats and we would like to home them together.
Both are lovely boys, not aggressive, just full of energy and curiosity. Ezra is a typical young cat, on the go and exploring everywhere. He has a habit of getting into his fosterer’s storage box, fishing things out and running around with them! Simba is more serious as he has been the carer for his son and, when he arrived, liked to know if Ezra was nearby. He is less of an anxious father now. Both are very playful, vocal and love their food.
Simba and Ezra will need an experienced owner who is willing to give them the time and patience that they will need to earn their trust. We are looking for a home with no young children please. They would benefit from access to a secure garden/safe outside space to explore, once they have settled in, as they now enjoy the freedom to come and go as they please.
Technical bits: Simba and Ezra are neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and will go home with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
If you would like to give this sweet pair the second chance that they so deserve then please download the adoption form or email us.
