We are a small group comprised entirely of volunteers. Can you help?
There are plenty of ways of supporting our charities work including fostering, transportation and fundraising on our stall at local events.
FOSTERING We are always looking for more fosterers to extend our network and help as many cats as possible. Are you able to offer a temporary home to a vulnerable cat in need and care for them whilst a suitable new home is found? Fostering is a wonderful way to help and is incredibly rewarding. You will have the full support of our team of experienced volunteers. All expenses are paid.
TRANSPORTATION Are you able to help picking up cats that are coming in from rescue locations and taking them to their fosterer or a local veterinary practice? Or even picking up items kindly donated to our charity?
FUNDRAISING Our charity attends several events throughout the year and has a stall to raise awareness of our rescue work activities with cat-related items for sale and/ or a tombola, etc. These include Standon May Day, the Tewin Classic Car event, and the Ware Festival. Our charity is a Pets at Home Community Partner and some of our volunteers raise funds instore on selected days.
We welcome fresh ideas for fundraising, for example, one of our wonderful volunteers recently completed a 10 mile sponsored walk raising funds for us.
