Young sisters Daisy and Trixie came into foster care with us having been found abandoned near a veterinary surgery in Cheshunt. Shortly afterwards, Daisy gave birth to three beautiful kittens – Boo, Gem and Scout (see separate entry).
Daisy – Young Mum with a Heart of Gold Daisy has been a wonderfully devoted young mum who has done an amazing job raising her kittens. At only around 9 months old herself she has shown endless patience and dedication caring for her babies. Now that her kittens are becoming more independent, Daisy is beginning to enjoy some time for herself again. She loves playing with her sister Trixie and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her a lovely companion.
Trixie – Fun-Loving Aunty and Household Assistant Trixie has been the perfect co-parent acting as chief entertainer, groomer and playmate. She has been happily tearing around the house with the youngsters, keeping them occupied allowing Daisy time to have a well-earned rest. She is affectionate, people-oriented and full of character. Trixie also has a keen interest in helping with anything her humans are doing. Typing, dusting and hoovering are all activities she likes to supervise closely!
Technical Bits: Daisy and Trixie will be vaccinated, microchipped and neutered before homing. They will go home with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
Daisy and Trixie will be homed together as they have been through a lot and make a wonderful pair. Their bond is lovely to watch and they clearly take comfort and enjoyment from each other’s company. They deserve a home where they can be cherished. They will need access to a garden/secure outdoor space once they are fully settled in to their new home.
