Robin is a rather handsome, semi-longhaired ginger tabby who is approximately 3 years old. Sadly, he found himself rejected and shut out of his home by his owners along with Batman (see separate profile). During the past three months or so they have been left outside and only fed one or two sachets of food per day. Robin and Batman are now being fostered and learning how to be loved again.
Robin is showing himself to have rather an independent spirit, as he is friendly up to a point, providing you do not overstep the mark. He is still very much settling in and will need an owner who understands that he needs his own space and who is sensitive to his likes and dislikes. His fosterer says that she can stroke and groom his head and back, but he will swipe you if he feels threatened. He is apparently always hungry and loves his food which is not surprising given what has happened.
Robin will need a quiet, calm home that he can call his own kingdom with no other pets who will compete for food. Access to a garden/safe outside space is a must once he has fully settled into a new home.
Technical bits: Robin is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. He will go home with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
